Berkhamsted – Roy Chapman Ltd, family-run Ford dealership based in Hertfordshire, has upgraded its Berkhamsted showroom to include a new look waiting area and new technology desk, incorporating the new Ford iPad app and realistic paint samples representing the available colours across the range.
The app, which takes the form of an interactive brochure, supplements the vehicle configurator on the Ford website, allowing customers to design and compare vehicles based upon their individual requirements, such as engine, specification, features and colour.
Videos on the app further demonstrate features such as the Ford SYNC voice control and connectivity for phone and media, Emergency Brake Assist, Active Park Assist and the rear-view camera to make reversing easier.
Additionally, the waiting area now features a new blue screen dividing the showroom, whilst new café style seating offers a more congenial environment whilst a customer waits for their car to be serviced or to complete its MOT.
