Can Roy Chapman collect my car for repair?
The short answer is yes, we offer both a collection and delivery service, to our customers local to Berkhamsted, Tring and Hemel Hempstead. Alternatively we can offer courtesy cars, subject to availability and insurance requirements, and a ‘while-you-wait’ service. And, whether you book in for a routine service, MOT or any other repair work we will wash and vacuum your car for free!
Regular servicing on your car and commercial vehicle can help you save money on fuel, reduce your vehicle’s CO2 emissions, increase its reliability and help to improve its resale value. At Roy Chapman Ltd we are specifically an approved Ford and Mazda service centre. However, due to our lengthy experience in the motor trade, covering a wide range of manufacturers, we also offer ‘all makes all models’ servicing too. Furthermore, we will price match any genuine quotation from a local competitor. Just ask for details!
Please beware of cheap imitations; always check the small print of any cheap service you are offered and ensure you know (a) what it includes and (b) how much you will be charged for any additional work.
Every Ford service now comes with free Ford Roadside Assistance cover for one year or until your next service is due. The Ford Value Service is just £99 and is available on vehicles over three years old. Furthermore, Ford customers of Roy Chapman Ltd can collect Nectar points on Ford routine servicing and non-warranty repairs. Nectar points are not available on MOT’s. Two points are awarded for every £1 spent and invoiced at Roy Chapman Ltd.
