We have used Roy Chapman for many years to service both our cars and have always been very pleased with the service we have received. Staff are always helpful and pleasant.

My car went in for its MOT and failed on emissions, The team explained in depth the reason for the failure and what was needed to rectify it. They managed expectations well in terms of collection times and I was actually able to pick it up earlier than they’d anticipated – and it was lovely and clean too!
