We are committed to safeguarding you and our team during these unprecedented times by observing the latest government and World Health Organisation advice and changing some of our procedures.
- Should you visit our premises, we have a robust cleaning procedure in place and have signed up to the Safe Service Pledge. We are limiting the number of customers inside to one at a time. Hand sanitiser is available and the team are washing their hands on a regular basis.Your keys are left in a drop tray and wiped down.
- Although our customer waiting area is closed at present, Tring offers some lovely walks and fantastic local shops along the High Street.
- Whilst your car is in our care, the technicians use gloves, seat covers, steering wheel covers and floor protectors for each car. We also wipe down “high touch” surfaces and areas we have worked on with disinfectant. We will be starting to wash the outside of vehicles again from the 15th June.
- We are taking payment over the phone prior to you collecting your car so you can have as contactless an experience as possible. Your keys and invoice will be left in our reception area in our drop tray.
