Motor Codes, or the Motor Industry Code of Practice as it was previously known, is a government-backed self-regulatory body for the motor industry. It’s a voluntary scheme for garages that are committed to maintaining high standards throughout the business, from new car sales, administration of new car warranties, service and repair.
By subscribing to Motor Codes, Roy Chapman Ltd is demonstrating its commitment to operate as a responsible business, treating customers in an open, transparent and fair way.
