After an issue with my car on a Thursday evening, I took it into Roy Chapman Ltd on the Friday morning without an appointment but they agreed to sort it out that day for me.  I was called at 2.30pm to advise that the car was ready for collection and it was even washed when I collected it! Top service from a garage I will continue to use. It’s not the first time they have solved my car issues – Many thanks.

I have brought my Mazda to Roy Chapman Ltd twice now and could not have asked for more. During recent MOT the work was carried out quickly and car came back spotless. They even reminded me in the morning as I was late (thank you!) I have used Mazda dealerships in the past but see no reason to leave Tring thanks to you guys!

I’ve been coming to Roy Chapman Ltd for over 5yrs now. Their customer service is fantastic and the experience and expertise of the mechanics is outstanding! Honest and trustworthy and their prices are very competitive and consistent. I would highly recommend them.

I moved to Tring at beginning of year. Always anxious to try new garages. I tried Roy Chapman Ltd based on reviews and I am so happy I did. The car has needed work on multiple occasions, each of which, the staff were welcoming, helpful and always managed to book me in quickly. All issues explained clearly and fixed with no problems. It is very trustworthy and I would not take my car anywhere else.
